Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain English, what information JB Digital collects when you get in touch and what happens to it.

Who I am
JB Digital is a sole trader business run by Jordon Baker, based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. If you have any questions about your information, email jordon@jb-digital.uk.
What I collect
When you complete the consultation enquiry form I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, existing website (optional), the services you are interested in and what you tell me about your business.
I also collect anything you send me directly by email or over the phone during a project or enquiry.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and carry out work you ask me to do. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. The lawful bases are your consent when you submit an enquiry, and legitimate interests or contract once we are working together.
Where it is stored
Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in a secure database that only I can access, and are also sent to my email inbox. Reasonable technical measures are in place to keep that data protected.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so I can follow up sensibly, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jordon@jb-digital.uk and I will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
