Prices shown on this website are starting points. Your quote is confirmed in writing after our consultation, based on the pages, content and integrations agreed. Anything added later is quoted separately before work starts.

Projects usually begin with a deposit, with the balance due on completion. Staged payments can be arranged for larger projects. Ongoing care and marketing support is billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Indicative timeframes assume content, images and feedback arrive reasonably promptly. If things are delayed on either side, I will tell you early and agree a revised date rather than let it drift.

Website projects include agreed rounds of changes before launch, plus a period of small tweaks afterwards. Larger changes of direction are quoted as additional work.

Once a project is paid for in full, the website design, content and assets created for you are yours. Third-party services, hosting, domains and licensed software remain subject to their own providers' terms.

I take care to build reliable, accurate work, but I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales results. Any claims made about past projects on this site are descriptions of the work delivered, not promises of performance.
